Welcome to the Ohio Northern University chapter of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies! The Society is a group of conservatives and libertarians dedicated to reforming the current legal order. We are committed to the principles that the state exists to preserve freedom, that the separation of governmental powers is central to our Constitution, and that it is emphatically the province of the judiciary to say what the law is, and not what it should be. The Society seeks to promote awareness of these principles and to further their application through its activities.
In its mission and
purpose, the ONU chapter of the Federalist Society strives to provide a forum in
which legal experts, members of the legal profession, the judiciary, law
students, academics and public policy makers of opposing views can interact and
engage in edifying, quality legal debate. The Society strives to provide
education and information regarding issues that are relevant in today's legal
field. For more information on the Society, please view the

US section of the site. Also, CLICK HERE
