Student Health Insurance

Ohio Northern offers health insurance to students through United Healthcare. Additional information is available here (www.uhcsr.com/onu)
 
If you are covered under another insurance plan and DO NOT wish to take the ONU student health insurance coverage you may waive out of the plan.  The waiver must be completed online no later than Friday, September 19, 2008.  The waiver website is located at: www.srstudentcenter.com.  You must have your ONU issued student ID available and detailed insurance information to complete the form.
