Biography:
Professor Evans practiced law before joining the faculty where he has served as
assistant dean and director of admissions. He is a Commissioner of the National
Conference of Commissoners on Uniform State laws, a former member of the
Ohio State Bar Association's Executive Committee, a trustee of the Ohio State Bar
Foundation, a trustee of the Ohio CLE Institute Board and a member of various
Ohio State and American Bar Association sections and committees.
Professor Evans was named Professor Emeritus in 2004.
