Biography:

Professor Cochrane currently practices law as associate general counsel to the Ohio Civil Service Employees Association, AFSCME Local 11. He has also held positions with the Great Lakes Council of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners and the Ohio Nurses Association. He began his legal career with the law firm of McCroskey, Feldman, Cochrane & Brock, P.C., in Muskegon, Michigan, where he represented dozens of private and public sector unions.

Prior to entering law school Professor Cochrane lived in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he worked in the anti-apartheid movement.
