Biography:

Professor Young practiced law in Columbus, Ohio, with Porter, Wright, Morris, & Arthur, where she specialized in wrongful death, personal injury and property damage cases. Since joining the faculty, she has been an advisor to the Legal Association of Women, the Irish American Legal Society, and the Street Law Program. Professor Young's legal research includes issues of strict liability and public utilities and the regulation of amateur athletics.
