Professor Kevin Hill joined the College of Law in 1985. Prior to joining the faculty, he was a teaching assistant to former Supreme Court Justice Arthur J. Goldberg, clerk to federal Judge William O. Bertelsman, and teaching fellow at the Temple University School of Law as well as a private practitioner. Professor Hill has published numerous articles on environmental law and has drafted a set of model jury instructions for use in federal court. Hill's teaching interests include Civil Procedure I & II, Toxicological Liability, Evidence, Federal Courts, Environmental Law, Complex Litigation, Business Associations, Trial Advocacy, Conflicts of Law, and Administrative Law. He has been recognized with the Student Bar Association Award for Teaching Excellence (1986-87), (1987-88), (1990-91) and the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Classroom Teaching (1992-93) (1996-97).
