Biography:
Kevin Hawley is a litigator and appellate lawyer who spent 17 years as an
associate and then partner in the economic and regulatory litigation group in the
Washington, D.C. office of Sidley & Austin. Professor Hawley has extensive
knowledge of rate and competitive access regulation, constitutional limits on
government regulation, the federal antitrust laws, industrial organization and
behavior, transportation economics and refined petroleum product markets. He
has litigated cases before the federal district courts and courts of appeals, the
United States Supreme Court and the major federal agencies.
