Biography:

Professor Elliott is currently a Magistrate in Domestic Relations, Civil, and Criminal Divisions in Hancock County Common Pleas Court. Professor Elliott started her career by enlisting in the United States Army where she experienced active duty from 1973-1976.  She continued in the army reserve until 1986.  From 1986 until 1998, Elliott practiced law in the private practice. She has taught at the law school since 1987.
