Biography:
Professor Christoff was managing attorney for the Allen County Legal Services
Association prior to joing the law faculty. He has served as Director of Clinical
Education and Academic Associate Dean. He is coordinator of the Criminal
Dispute Resolution Program in Lima and has published in the area of juvenile
rights and domestic violence.
