Biography:

Prior to joining the Ohio Northern faculty in January, 2006, Professor Martin was a partner with Warner, Norcross & Judd, LLP, in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan, and remains Of Counsel to the firm. He has previously taught at the University of North Carolina School of Law, Chapel Hill where he received the McCall Award for Excellence in Teaching. Professor Martin has also served as Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Texas, the University of Michigan, and the University of Virginia. Professor Martin received the 2007 Excellence in Teaching Award at ONU and the 2007 Daniel S. Guy Award for Excellence in Legal Journalism, presented by the ONU Law Review.
