Biography:
Professor Raack joined the faculty at Ohio Northern University College of Law in
1984. He has been Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Toledo Law
School and St. Louis University Law School. Prior to joining the ONU faculty, he
was a graduate teaching fellow at Temple University Law School. Before that, he
practiced law in St. Louis, Missouri, in a small firm.
