
Professor Guy has been an assistant attorney general for the State of Ohio and a Congressional Fellow to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee where he worked on the 1964 Civil Rights Act. A former Dean of the College of Law, he has also taught at the University of North Dakota. He is the author of State Highway Condemnation Procedures and is an authority on eminent domain and highway condemnation procedures.
Professor Guy was named Professor Emeritus in 2000.
