Biography:

Professor Clarke joined the ONU Law faculty in 2000. Previously, she was a tenured professor at the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a litigation associate at the law firm Baker & Hostetler in Cleveland, OH.
