Biography:
Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Ward was engaged in a general practice of law with a focus on bankruptcy and commercial litigation in Troy, Ohio and the greater Dayton, Ohio area. Prior to practicing law, he received a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Ohio State University where he was a graduate instructor for eleven quarters. Professor Ward received the 2007 Fowler V. Harper Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship and the 2007 Most Effective Teacher Award, presented by the Student Bar Association and voted upon by the student body.
